Scarpinato’s Cucina & Catering is seeking dedicated and experienced servers to join our front-of-house team. As we expand our restaurant and banquet services, we are looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are passionate about providing top-tier dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming dining experience.
Provide knowledgeable and attentive service, answering menu questions and making recommendations.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring guest preferences and special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Uphold Scarpinato’s high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently under pressure.
Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
