Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to layout and service instructions.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

• Clear tables, refresh settings, and maintain a clean, organized event environment.

• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service and timing.

• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of event areas after service.

• Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.

• Follow health and safety regulations, including sanitation and hygiene standards.

• Represent Scarpinato’s brand and hospitality with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.

• Able to stand for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in where needed.
